Written by The 36th annual Westerville Chamber of Commerce Music and Arts Festival runs this weekend, July 11 & 12 from 11am to 7pm Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sunday. You don't want to miss out on the fun! The location is Heritage Park, which is just north of the intersection of Cleveland Ave and Main St. in the 'ville.
